As a courtesy to our hosts, Freemasons’ Hall, we provide their security people with a list of attendees. If you’d like to attend an EBS meeting, please:
- • Let us know, by 5:00pm on Wednesday evening, the full name/s of those who should be included on “The List”
- Arrive by 7:00AM on Thursday Morning
The EBS reception desk closes at 7:05am on Thursday. People who are not on the list and late arrivals have been refused admission by security. To avoid disappointment please tell us who’s coming, and be punctual.

Parking: On-Street parking for non-residents’ cars is meagre 08:30 – 18:30
